Parenting and Divorce, Excel 2 Offered in May
The Walters State Division of Workforce Training will offer Microsoft Excel Level 2 and Parenting and Divorce in May. For information or to register, contact Kellie Hendrix at Kellie.HendrixFREEWS or 423-798-7988.
• Parenting and Divorce is offered from 5:30-9:30 p.m. on May 7 or May 21. The cost
is $60. The class meets the Tennessee requirement that divorcing parents take a parenting
course. This class will improve communications skills and make the process less traumatic
for everyone, especially children. This is offered via the Zoom videoconferencing
platform.
• Microsoft Excel Level 2 is offered on April 29 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. The cost is $150.
The course builds on the lessons taught in Level 1. This class covers multiple worksheets
and workbooks, advanced formatting including data analysis and ranges, use of formulas,
and managing workbooks. This class may be taken at campuses in Morristown or Greeneville
or at the Newport Center. This class uses the Zoom videoconferencing software.
